On Tuesday the 3rd of April, King Krule was invited to play a few songs, live on BBC Radio 1. Those included ‘Biscuit Town’ and ‘Logos’ from his latest album The Ooz, and an outstanding take on Connan Mockasin’s ‘Forever Dolphin Love’.
Connan Mockasin and Sam Dust (LA PRIEST and Late Of The Pier) have just released a debut record as Soft Hair. The duo explains that songs for the project “were written and recorded in a wide array of locations using methods that neither Mockasin nor Dust had used previously.” It’s a record that transport the listener to a world somewhere between the familiar and unfamiliar, much like Mockasin and Dust’s other works.
