Local Bands: Conttra

From the Barcelona neighbourhood of Clot comes Conttra, a band formed by Albert Peiró, Oscar Cabo, Guille Cabo and Martí Verdú in 2012 that aims to fuse the intensity of rock with danceable rhythms, catchy choruses and expansive synthesizers. After releasing their first homonymous EP, the quartet is preparing the release of “Smoke Bombs”, a record that highlights the danceable aspects of their music.Tonight at Razzmatazz.
