Anna Calvi’s passionate and brooding goth pop/rock imbibed with strokes of flamenco and smoke-filled blues has filled the warm summer night at FIB with cinematic desire.

Hailed as the “best thing since Patti Smith” by Brian Eno, Anna’s also drawn comparisons with the likes of PJ Harvey and Nick Cave as well as garnering rave reviews and awards nominations for her albums “One Breath” and her eponymous debut.

Us informarem del cartell del FIB Benicàssim Festival i de les noves confirmacions del Sónar Festival i del Miscelanea Bcn. La Musa ens aproparà a l’obra teatral “Fang i Setge” i al Festival Primera Persona. Tot això i una pila de nous artistes i bandes al 100.5FM aquest dilluns a partir de les 18.45h.

Delorentos ens mostren tot el seu amor

Delorentos tornen a Barcelona amb ‘Night Becomes Light‘ (2015), el seu quart treball d’estudi, produït per Rob Kirwan (que ja havia treballat amb ells a ‘Little Sparks’). Els irlandesos presenten aquest nou disc després de l’acústic ‘Unbroken, Untied’, i es manté fidel al seu particular indie rock. Un estil que els ha portat a tocar en festivals com el FIB i a guanyar cada vegada més fans entre públic i crítica. Aquesta nit a la Razzmatazz.

As usually every week mestre Bergman travels around the world searching for new fresh sounds and today he brought us HamsandwicH. An enthralling live acts, HamsandwicH are well known for their incendiary live performances.

With the combination of Niamh Farrell’s powerful yet sweet vocal and Podge McNamee’s juxtaposing baritone, each show is bona fide celebration with everything from balloons and confetti to their unique crowd interaction on display.

2015 is shaping up to be one of the bands best years yet with album # 3, “Stories From The Surface”, being released in April.

Productora de Pardals: DMA’S

Mestre Bergman flies to Australia to meet DMA’S. Just to give you a clue to the sound that this three piece from Sydney make, we’ll tell you that one of their favourite guitarists is Lee Ranaldo of Somic Youth. But that only gives you half the story. There’s also a large helping of what you might call Madchester or Britpop filtered through an Australian sensibillty. Currently winning a legion of fans across Europe this is their first visit to FIB.
