Nearly three years on from their last album Majesty, Bahrain psych band Flamingodsare back with details of their fifth record Levitation.
The first taster of their new LP is the sprightly “Marigold”, a psychedelic taster of their new album, which is influenced by psych sounds from the Middle East and South Asia in the 70s. The five people behind Flamingods were never once in a room together, yet they’ve made albums whose globetrotting sound is impossible to pin down.
