The muses of La Musa: Indigo De Souza

Indigo De Souza’s voice soars over acerbic, acid-washed guitars that, try as they might, never drown her out. Her lyrics are often wired, stream-of-consciousness confessions that whoosh out, sometimes sweetly and sometimes furiously, over punky, propulsive arrangements. Hearing the Asheville artist abandon herself and wail alongside her razor-sharp instrumentals has a raw and healing effect, like cauterizing a deep cut.

The American indie rock singer-songwriter Indigo has announced the release of her second album, Any Shape You Take, and has shared the first single, ‘Kill Me’.

Dropping a banger right away, Isle of Wight duo Wet Leg  – aka Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers – have shared their fab debut single ‘Chaise Longue’.

Marrying tongue-in-cheek lyricism with an insanely catchy melody, the duo’s sharp AF indie bop is accompanied by a self-directed new vid as well.

Barcelona Psych Fest

Neix el primer i únic fesival a Barcelona centrat exclusivament en la música psicodèlica i els seus derivats (neo-psych, britpop, shoegaze, space rock, kraut, indie…). En aquest primer viatge lisèrgic ens acompanyaran els directes de diferents bandes internacionals i nacionals. Divendres veurem als nord-americans Holy Wave, els alemanys Wedge i TAU i als barcelonins Stay. Dissabte serà el torn dels britànics The Underground Youth i The Lucid Dream, els xilens Chicos de Nazca i els gallecs Fogbound.
