Le Classique: Echo and the Bunnymen

Echo and the Bunnymen has returned with their first new album in four years,The Stars, The Oceans & The Moon. Spanning 15 tracks, this collection strings together reimagined versions of songs from their back catalogue along with two brand new recordings.

In other words, if you’re open to the idea of hearing favorites like “The Killing Moon”, “The Cutter”, “Bring on the Dancing Horses” and “Lips Like Sugar” with “strings and things,” this album is right up your alley. But it’s also not for you, according to frontman Ian McCulloch. Tonight Room Festival present them in concert at Razzmatazz.

Travis are bringing their classic 9x platinum album “The Man Who” to the stage. One of the most successful British albums of the last 20 years, produced by Nigel Godrich(Radiohead), “The Man Who” spent an astonishing 11 weeks at Number 1 and won the best album BRIT award. Two time ‘Best Band’ BRIT Award winners Travis have a rich touring history including headline slots at some of the world’s biggest festivals like Glastonbury, Montreux JazzFestival, Roskilde Denmark among many others. This year Travis will bring his alternative rock and britpo. Tonight at Razzmatazz.

Best Covers: Natalie Imbruglia “Cannonball”

Australian singer-songwriter, actor, ‘X Factor’ judge and ’90s sweetheart Natalie Imbruglia, who had everyone swooning with her award-winning 1998 hit, ‘Torn’ subsequently released records here and there since then. Imbruglia is now back on the international scene with her first LP in six years, ‘Male’ (2015), a collection of classic and contemporary songs first recorded by her favourite male artists, including Cat Stevens, Tom Petty, Pete Townsend, and Zac Brown Band among others. We’ve chosen Damien Rice “Cannonball” cover. Today she will play at Razzmatazz.

The Temple of Thievery Corporation


This time Eric Hilton y Rob Garza, the makers of Thievery Corporation, are back with this new work, the 9th of their career, The Temple of I & I, infused with the culture and rhythm of Jamaica, becoming an extension of the dub ethos an aesthetic that they have harbored since their debut EP Sounds from Thievery Hi-Fi. Tonight Room Festival presents them at Razzmatazz.

Room Music Festival s’estrena amb Manel

La primera edició d’aquest nou festival, que s’allargarà amb diferents i interessants concerts fins al mes de juny s’inicia amb aquest directe de Manel, on seguiran defensant el seu últim disc, ‘Jo competeixo’ (2016). Un quart àlbum que va arribar després de tres discos publicats, ‘Els millors professors europeus’ (2008), ‘10.000 milles per veure una bona armadura’ (2011) i ‘Atletes, baixin de l’escenari’ (2013), que han convertit a la banda barcelonina en una de les de més èxit del pop català.
