Després del nostre “bolo” a París el passat cap de setmana tornem amb molta “joie de vivre“. A més, torna l’enyorat Mariscal Mauro per entrevistar a la gent del Festival Mil·lenni. Divus Julius Bonasera farà un extensiu repàs al cartell del Primavera Sound Festival 2017. Punxarem alguns dels artistes que hi serana com ara Alexandra Savior, The Molochs, The Growlers o la barcelonina Museless. Estrenarem 18 anys després la nova cançó de The Jesus And Mary Chain, el més nou d’Strand of Oaks, Austra o Bonobo i us descobrirem a noves bandes com Corbu, Shy Luv, Bad Sounds o The Big Moon. Parlarem de la Mostra de Cinema Italià de Barcelona i de la 5na mostra de Barcelona International Art Fair.

Mestre Bergman flew to the USA to meetTimothy Showalter.  Strand Of Oaks is Timothy Showalter’s project, an Indiana singer songwriter who, after shedding any sense of embarrassment, has gradually gained energy and intensity. After making a name for himself in 2009 with “Leave Ruin”, a delicate folk-rock album with balmy roots, the American has gained nuances and absorbed new sounds which lead to “Heal”, a euphoric and colourful album in which he disguises himself as a versatile electrified singer songwriter who recounts the end of his marriage, his relationship with drugs and to pay homage to the deceased Jason Molina. A name to underline in red on the map of the most unsettling and emotional American music.
