Introducing…The Cribs

The Cribs are an English indie rock band formed back in early 2002 in Wakefield‚ The Cribs‚ twin brothers Gary and Ryan and younger sibling Ross first came to light with their debut release ‘You & I’

The Cribs have announced their new album, Night Network. It’s set for arrival November 13th, 2020 through Sonic Blew/[PIAS].

The forthcoming record serves as their eighth overall and follow-up to 2017’s 24-7 Rock Star Shit. More importantly, it marks the return of a British band that almost called it quits after an exhausting business matter involving their management.

Favourite Gig: Johnny Marr

Johnny Marr had the good fortune (or misfortune, depending on your point of view) of starting The Smiths along with Morrissey, whom he later fell out with seemingly forever. Since The Smiths broke up in 1987, Marr has been a member of groups such as The Pretenders, The The, Electronic, Modest Mouse and The Cribs. Now he comes to Barcelona on his own to perform his third solo album, ‘Call the Comet’ (2018). Today in concert at sala Bikini.

El FIB comença aquest proper dijous 16 de juliolamb noms tan convincents com Blur, Florence + The Machine, The Prodigy, Portishead, Noel Gallagher’s Flying Birds, Los Planetas, Vetusta Morla o FSS (la recent aliança entre Frank Ferdinand i Sparks). El Festival Internacional comptarà amb un gran cartell . A més a més dels caps de cartell del 16 al 19 de juliol arribaran a Benicàssim artistes com Crystal Fighters, Clean Bandit, LA, Swim Deap, Jamie T, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Kaiser Chiefs, Mark Ronson, Tiga (DJ), Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Timo Maas, Bastille, Public Enemy, The Cribs, Madeon o Mo o A-Trak entre d’altres.
