La banda d’indie-folk creada l’any 2009 i formada per Jonathan Russel i Josiah Johnson (veus y guitarres), Charity Rose (violí, banjo i veu), Chris Zasche (baix), Kenny Hensley (piano) i Tyler Williams (percussió) presenta el seu tercer treball, “Signs Of Light” (Warner, 16). L‘álbum entrà directament en el nº2 de vendes de Billboard als EU.A. La banda ha canviat de segell i ha deixat enrere aquell folk fosc per un de més lluminós que els apropa al so de Fleetwood Mac. Aquesta nit seran a la sala Razzmatazz.
Torna el Mariscal Mauro! Després de la seva exitosa estada a Milà el Mariscal torna per entrevistar a Mabel del segell discogràfic Son canciones. Divus Julius Bonasera farà que “gaudiu del millor silenci” durant dues hores de música indie i estrenarà el més nou de Jamiroquai, The Flaming Lips,Real Estate,Ásgeir,Goldfrapp i Cloud Nothings; ens descobrirà a MUNA,Wellness o Little Comets i ens informarà dels concerts de Cage The Elephant i The Head and The Heart. After over four years on the road together, The Head and the Heart took a significant hiatus once they wrapped up their final shows in 2014. The band’s members all headed in different directions and threw themselves into new creative projects. That meant when it was time to come together again and record new music, they’d each grown separately in significant ways.
Their growth becomes evident on the new single “All We Ever Knew.”The up-tempo song with a singalong chorus starts off by nodding to the style that made The Head and the Heart so popular, but eventually departs for newer territory. Their third studio album is Signs of Light .
